The Air Jordan 12 'Michigan' was originally released as a Michigan exclusive and then released to the public in 2019. Draped in the colors of the University of Michigan, the shoe features an upper molded suede in navy, in contrast to Amarillo's midsole shank accents, upper eyelets, and 23 branding. The two versions are very comparable, but the lining and heel tab have small changes. Finally, to complement the college look, the Michigan logo appears on the tongue.
